We got this because our frameless shower door seal has started to come apart. I didn’t know if this would be a good quality or not, but when it arrived, my husband said he is shocked at how nice it is! Super thick, excellent quality for the price and easy to install.

I'm a graduate degree'd engineer with a great appreciation for good product design and the owner of a handyman business who's installed quite a few similar shower door sweeps. With that as background ...There's nothing ground breaking about this particular shower door sweep, but it is well designed, uses appropriate materials, is easy to install, works well and is decently priced. The "sweep flap" on the bottom of the of this item is soft enough to conform to small irregularities, such as a slightly misaligned glass door. Disappointingly this item includes to installation instructions, but it couldn't be more simple. Merely slide the existing sweep down off the glass. This may require pushing with something with a hard edge (hopefully something plastic so as to scratch the glass), but sometimes I get them off easily with just my fingers. Then clean the glass and slip on the new sweep. Easy peasy .... Note that the glass used in frameless shower doors varies. This item is for the thinner 1/4" glass and will not fit on the thicker 3/8" glass doors.

This review is for a lower door seal. It is designed to fit directly onto 1/4" glass. It's made entirely out of semi flexible plastic. It's easy to install. Just measure, cut, and press into place. Depending on the clearance between the lower edge of the door and the door frame, you may need to trim the sweep. I'm happy with this door seal. It's a great improvement over the rubber one it replaced.

Our six year old shower door's seal was starting to get pretty sad and it was time to replace it. I'd bought some other seals but we have a 1/4 door rather than the thicker 3/8" door that is more common.Installation is easy: pull off old seal, clean bottom of the door, then install the longer side outboard of the hinge. Mark, remove, cut with snips. Put cut off section on the short inboard of hinge side and repeat the mark and cut. This is not plumber/handyman level work. This is homeowner maintenance like shelf paper, furnace filters, and light bulbs.It fits well and the shower door no longer weeps and dribbles on the floor. Win!.

This shower sweep functions as designed. It fit my shower door, which is about 1/4 inch thick. It was super easy to install. We just removed the old sweep, cleaned the area, cut the new one down to size and placed it on the bottom of the shower door. It seems like good quality and so far, is doing a good job of keeping water from seeping out. It saved me a trip to the home improvement store, so I’d say it’s worth the ~$26.

This product works exactly as it’s intended to. No complaints. I like that it came with two strips and that it’s very easy to cut them down to size.

I got this for my husband to use and replace the old seal in his shower. It took him about 15min to remove the old and trim this down and install. It fits good on his glass door and has not moved or anything since installed. It blocks all the water now and I don't worry about the mat getting wet like before. I like how simple it is to swap out and the material is sturdy and should last a long time hopefully. Its also very easy to clean and wipe down to keep it nice looking, compared to the old metal trip and rubber seal the door came with. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and operation of this shower seal.

I ordered this bottom seal to replace the sweep on our shower door. The material seems high quality. It cut cleanly with scissors (no weird tearing or cracking). It also looks like it would do a solid job blocking splashes on a frameless setup.That said, this one’s on me: I ordered it without measuring first. Our shower door isn’t just glass. It has a metal frame around it, so there wasn’t a bare glass edge for this to snap onto, and it simply didn’t fit.If you have a true frameless glass door (and it matches the stated thickness), this seems like a good seal. Just make sure your door is actually frameless glass before buying.

I've been trying to fix a leakage problem under our framless shower door for the past couple of years. Nothing so far had worked. But this KPUY bottom seal with shower sweep finally works! I have it combined with another 1/2 round seal made especially for frame less shower doors, and the two together work great and exceed my expectations.I'm very grateful to finally have the solution I've been looking for. The fit is good, but cutting it requires a bit of muscle and tin snips, regular blades didn't work. It looks like it will be nice and durable, hopefully providing this solution for a long time.

Good fit for thinner shower glass doors. Easy to cut and keeps water inside. Only been installed for a short period, so durability over time, which is usually the issue, is yet to be seen. I'll update the review if needed.

The KPUY 36 Inch Frameless Shower Door Bottom Seal worked perfectly to stop water from leaking out of our shower. We have a frameless glass door & this seal fit 1/4 inch glass exactly as described with no gaps or slipping.Installation was super easy with no tools & no adhesive. I simply trimmed it to size and slid it onto the bottom of the door. The material is clear, flexible, and sturdy, and it creates a tight seal without making the door hard to open or close.This comes as a 2 pack which is great for having a spare or for replacing both doors. Since installing, our bathroom floor stays dry and the shower looks clean and seamless.

Flexible and easy to work with, this seal is great for stopping under door water leaks onto your bathroom floor. Easy to cut to size and a great fit for my 1/4 inch glass. Although no adhesive is needed I would recommend a small amount on the inside part so that you don't get water between the glass and seal that could discolor with scum and mold. The sweep portion of the seal is soft and gentle on my natural stone curb. No scratches! The kick-out portion of the frame keeps water out away from the base of the door and is a great design idea. Easy to install and looks great.

This shower door sweep is well made and very sturdy. Sizing it for your door width is very easy to do and installation is very straightforward. Things to consider are the width of your glass and the clearance between the floor and the door. The sweep itself is very effective but if your door doesn’t have the proper clearance I could see this being problematic. Our door must be a slight bit wider than 1/4” as it was too snug for our door. The is not the fault of the product though! The sweep itself is one I would recommend to others, I just wish they had more sizes.

If you have a glass door shower, you know it's almost impossible to keep it looking clean. This was a perfect replacement for our 8 year old seal. It was dingy to black and starting to leak. This slipped over the door with the perfect amount of hold. I trimmed the acrylic clip channel with a fine saw, then the rubber gasket with a sharp pocket knife in about 5 minutes. Looks brand new and the wife is happy....win/win in anyone's book!!
