30-Day Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the conditions listed below.
- The product was purchased directly from www.kpuyhome.com.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, and protective materials.
- You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required packaging and components may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@kpuyhome.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, product label, packaging, and shipping box if applicable.
After verification, we may provide a replacement part, send a replacement product, or issue a refund depending on the situation. For confirmed product damage, defect, or shipping-related issues, KPUY will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost when a return is required.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing parts due to an error on our side, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item received, packaging, product label, and any missing or incorrect components.
Once confirmed, we will help arrange the correct item, replacement parts, or a refund. If the issue was caused by our error, KPUY will cover the related shipping cost.
Change of Mind or Non-Quality Returns
If you want to return an item for a non-quality reason, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding the product does not fit your project, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
For non-quality returns:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by KPUY’s error.
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Because many KPUY products are large, heavy, or fragile, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure the product is right for your space.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, assembled, altered, or modified.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, or protective materials.
- Customized, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@kpuyhome.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Include photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
- Wait for our return approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If the returned item is used, installed, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may decline the refund or deduct reasonable costs from the refund amount.
Exchanges and Replacements
In some cases, a replacement part or replacement product may be a faster solution than a refund. If your product has a confirmed issue, our support team will help determine the most appropriate solution based on the product condition, available inventory, and the nature of the issue.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- KPUY covers shipping costs when the return is caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item caused by our error.
- The customer covers return shipping costs for non-quality returns, including change of mind, wrong size ordered, project changes, or personal preference.
